Dr. Catríona Dowling joined the lab in October of 2016, following completing her PhD with Dr. Pat Kiely in the University of Limerick. Catríona is an Irish Cancer Society Scholar and recently received an Irish Research Council Postdoctoral Fellowship. Currently, she is investigating the role of histone deacetylases in triple negative breast cancer.
When she is not pipetting you can find her running around a field doing cross-country athletics!!
